Servings 4

  • 4 small Fuji Apples sliced
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 2 TBLS Maple Syrup
  • 1 TBLS Butter
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 cups Brussels Sprouts halved
  • 1 TBLS Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1. Preheat the oven for the Brussels Sprouts to 425 degrees. In a bowl mix together the Brussels Sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking tray and roast for 15-19 minutes until tender.
    2. On the stove top heat the pan with the butter and add the sliced apples with a pinch of salt. Let the apples cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then add the maple syrup. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Add the seasoned pork to the pot and add half of the fresh thyme. Stir the apples occasionally. After the pork has cooked for 6-8 minutes on one side flip the pork, lower the heat to low and cover the pot. Let the apples and pork continue to cook for another 10-14 minutes or until the pork is cooked to your liking.
    3. Garnish the cooked apples and pork with the remaining fresh thyme and serve. Enjoy!
