6 Ingredients Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

  • 2 cups Quick Cook Oats pulsed finely
  • 2 TBLS Ground Almonds
  • 4 TBLS Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 100 grams Dried Cranberries chopped finely
  • 50 ml Coconut Oil Melted
  • 6 TBLS Honey


  1. 1. Grind 1 cup of oats and mix with almonds, coconut and remaining oats in a food processor. Mix in dried cranberries.

    2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt honey and coconut oil. Pour into the oat mixture and mix well.

    3. Press into a  loaf pan and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Cut into squares. Enjoy!!
