Fluffy Peanut Butter Pancakes

  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup All purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Garnish with Maple Syrup and Berry Jam

  • Butter or Oil to cook the pancakes


  1. 1. In a bowl mix together with a spatula all the ingredients for the pancake. It will feel a little thick, but the pancakes won't turn out thick. 

    2. Heat the oil or butter on skillet pan. Once the oil or butter has melted or is hot add even amounts of pancake batter on to the skillet. I cooked 2 pancakes at a time. Each time you add pancake batter add a touch more oil or butter. Once the pancakes have cooked half way, using a spatula flip the pancake and cook the other side until done. 

    3. Stack the pancakes on a plate drizzle with maple syrup and dollop with freshly make jam.
