1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and mix until batter is smooth.
2. Add a touch of butter to a 8 inch frying pan. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and cook over medium-low heat. Turn pan immediately from side to side to form an even circle. To make a thin layer of batter. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Remove from heat and stack until ready to serve.
3. For the filling mix together with a spatula, ricotta with orange juice. Mix well. Spoon 1/4 cup of ricotta filling into each crepe. Gently roll the crepes. Serve with orange segments and a dusting of powdered sugar.
