1. Line an 8x8 baking pan or brownie pan with foil. Set aside until ready to use.
2. In a sauce pan heat together honey and coconut oil until it is melted. Pour this into a large bowl.
3. Add the brown rice cereal, sea salt, and vanilla in to the bowl with the honey coconut oil mixture. With a spatula mix everything all together, work quickly. Then pour the brown rice crispy mixture into the foil lined baking pan. With a sheet of parchment paper smooth the top of the brown rice crispy.
4. Place the baking pan in the freezer for 45 minutes for it to fully set. Once it has set cut individual brown rice crispies. To save wrap each square in plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer until ready to serve.
