1. In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except the butter. Make sure a nice smooth pancake batter is formed. Not too runny or soft.
2. Heat a large flat skillet over medium heat with half of the butter. Once the butter has melted scoop 3 even ladle fulls of pancake batter. This batter should make 5-6 pancakes. Once the pancakes have cooked half way reduce heat to low and flip. Continue cooking the pancakes until soft, fluffy, and fully cooked. Add the remaining butter and repeat the process.
3. Stack the pancakes on top of each other and add a sprinkle of cinnamon, banana slices, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
