1. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil. Then heavily salt the water. Add the spaghetti in the boiling water and cook the pasta as recommended by the box for al dente pasta.
2. While the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce. In a bowl add the lemon zest, juice. butter, olive oil, peas, and dill.
3. Once the pasta is cooked and al dente add it to the bowl with the lemon juice and other ingredients. Add the cheese into the bowl and toss the pasta together to melt the butter and peas and coat the cheese over the spaghetti. Then add a tablespoon or 2 of the pasta water and the fresh mint and basil.
Serve the pasta and garnish with some extra freshly grated parmesan cheese.
