By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given use your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account an other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use the service is at your sole risk. The service and all the products and services delivered to you throughout the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
Delivery Schedule:
If a delivery is attempted and we are unable to gain access to the facility or community and we have multiple attempts to contact you or if you have provided us with an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund or replace those meals. Please be sure to provide us with security codes, gate codes and special instructions if you have not already done so. REMEMBER: Delivery time is every Monday between 11:00am-4:00pm.
We can not make special arrangements for a specific delivery time.
If you live in a gated community, please make sure your guard gate, receptionist/doorman, or security guard is aware that A Taste of Wellbeing will be delivering to you three times per week, to avoid having any interruptions during the middle of the night. Special delivery instructions or shipping address can be added to the order during checkout or you can call customer service to add notes to your order if you require special instructions that would be useful to our drivers.
Hold/Pause/Resume Policies
If your account is placed on-hold, you will NOT receive meal delivery. Holds appear to us that you are unavailable to receive delivery. You will still receive all meals that you have paid for when the account is active again Any late notifications to place your account on hold or cancellation will not go into effect until the following week, as those meals have already been accounted for and cooked.
Order Issues or Discrepancies:
If you have an issue or discrepancy with your order (i.e. did not receive order, missing/incorrect items, etc.) please contact us the same day of your delivery, so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner. If you do not contact us by end of day by 6:00 pm on your scheduled delivery date, unfortunately, we will not be able to correct the issue, credit or refund the account.
Subscription:
You are a part of our subscription membership program which is a 10% discount on the 8 meal order. If you are committing to this membership program you are committing to a minimum of 4 weeks of order the meal plan delivery. You can not start and stop the subscription membership weekly or bi-weekly, it is a commitment of a minimum of 4 weeks to join this program of the meal plan delivery.
Food Allergies & Food Related Medical Conditions and Dislikes:
If you have any life-threatening food allergies or medical conditions that are food related, we strongly recommend you discontinue service immediately. A Taste of Wellbeing will not assume any liability for adverse
reactions to foods consumed. We do our best to avoid foods listed on your dislikes list or allergy list; however, since we do not do personalized meals as best we can we cannot guarantee that we will be able to avoid all dislikes all the time and do not issue credits or refunds for foods received on the dislike list.
Refund Policy:
All charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions because of the advanced planning necessary for meal production and delivery scheduling. Once your payment has been processed, there are no
refunds or credits. As a A Taste of Wellbeing member, you are responsible for providing adequate notice for all account updates including, meal plans, billing information, account holds, cancellations, allergies, or substitutions.
