This miso caesar dressing is so easy to make and will transform any green salad you use it for. I love caesar dressing, but not the packaged bottled ones at the store. They taste great, but filled with junk.
What I mean by junk are all the ingredients, sugar, and additives to make sure the stuff doesn’t go bad quickly. Making dressings at home is one of the easiest and best healthy changes to make in your life. You will thank yourself for it. Plus you can adjust the flavors and seasonings as you want.
This dressing is beautiful over a kale salad. I love make a kale salad with a lot of lemon juice and a drizzle of this miso caesar dressing and top it with a fried egg. You still get the creamy dressing without all the ridiculous calories. Plus it is delicious. Also I love to use this miso caesar dressing over roast chicken, pork, or salmon.
If you are a sauce person with their food this dressing will finish a dish. It has loads of delicious flavors and pairs well with most proteins. All you need are just a few ingredients and you can make this. Adding miso to the dressing helps to give a more intense and umami (the 5th flavor) to your dressing. It will take your caesar dressing from yum to OH SO GOOD!
