Delivery
We carefully deliver from our kitchen to your address every Monday between 11:00am-4:00pm with the entire weeks meals. We only deliver to local Miami, Florida (Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Westchester, Edgewater, and Brickell).
Portion Size
Each meal comes in a 16 ounce container and is enough for one individual.

How it works
Step 1: Order Online
Select 8 Meals (4 Lunches and 4 Dinners), 4 Dinners or 4 Lunches from our dropdown menu and place your order online. Online orders are open from Monday -Thursday until 6pm. We close orders on Thursday at 6pm the week before.

Step 2: We Cook for You
Our chefs will prepare your meals made from only fresh and healthy ingredients. Nutritionist creates the menu with balanced nutrients, a range of proteins, complex and starchy carbohydrates, and a wide range of vegetables.
Step 3: We Deliver to Your Home
Your order will be delivered directly to your door step on Mondays between 1-4pm.
