Second question: Are you a fan of cauliflower???
Well this is the dish for you! Spicy garlic roasted cauliflower is a dish that will knock your socks off with a powerful bite of spice and flavor. To be honest, cauliflower isn't my favorite vegetable, and preparing with simply with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper just doesn't do it for me. Let's be honest a boring dish is no fun to eat. This cauliflower recipe far from boring.
Adjust the spiciness to your liking because you don't have it make it terribly spicy that it's painful to eat. This dish with some mixed whole grains makes for a great addition to a grain bowl. I also love it with a pork chop, grilled chicken, or shrimp. Cauliflower is a wonderful versatile vegetable that absorbs a lot of flavor. So spice up your next cauliflower recipe with this one!
