5 Day Wellness Challenge
March is Nutrition Month and to celebrate this wonderful month Live Healthy & Happy is doing a 5 Day Wellness Challenge all month long. That means for 5 days we are going to work together to get you eating well and balanced, feeling more energized, creating those wellness habits, and for you to feel AMAZING!
Here is what we will be doing for the next 5 days:
- One hour one on on coaching session + 30 minute follow up accountability call. This is where we take a deep dive into your goals, your mindset, your habits, your meals, and fitness. I am going to guide you with easy simple and manageable steps to make some small changes daily to reach those goals.
- 1 week of 25 minutes or less recipes that fall in place with your wellness goals, your lifestyle, and they taste so so so decadent. You will think you turned into a world renowned chef overnight.
- Accountability and check-ins, remember I am here to help you succeed. During this challenge you can call on me whenever you need.
- Grocery guide with your recipes plus tips and tricks to save you time at the grocery store and in the kitchen.
During these 5 days we are going to work on mindset to help you feel and be the most AMAZING YOU!
