Of course there has to be some red in these chocolate holiday gifts. You can swap out the frozen raspberries for strawberries, dried cranberries/cherries, or dehydrated strawberries. Making one of these Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bark bars with red gives this chocolate treat a bit of a holiday theme.

This chocolate dessert is really healthy. There is no added sugar, no additives, or anything bad. Now of course if you add candy, or candy chocolate to the chocolate, well then there go goes the healthy part. If you are looking to give some of these as gifts, place the chocolate in a clear baggie wrapped with red and pink ribbon. Keep them refrigerated up until gifting. The chocolate will soften slightly if left at room temperature.
